Call Dr. McColl's office on 07 5598 0133 to begin using this service. Your identity will be verified through the Medical Register and you will be phoned back with your password at your listed practice number ONLY.

Log in with your user name and password to fill in a Patient History Form. You must include digital clinical photographs for an accurate diagnosis. An overview picture and close up are required. To ensure privacy, all patient information submitted via the form will be encrypted.

You will then be issued with a unique case number and an appointment date. On your appointment date, your case will be reviewed, diagnosed and you will receive an email response. Please refer to your case number when making any enquiries.

If you have a very urgent case or would like a particular participating dermatologist to deal with your case, email him with your appointment date and your patient's unique case number allocated to you for that consultation. Although we will try to accomodate your request, we cannot guarantee that this will occur.
